"Sydney Airport Transfer", "we", "us", and "our" refers to Sydney Airport Transfer Pty Ltd, ABN registered, operating from 2 Dreadnought Street, Sydney NSW. "Customer", "you", and "your" refers to the person making the booking or using our services. "Chauffeur" refers to the professional driver assigned to your booking. "Vehicle" refers to the car, van, or SUV assigned to your booking.
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with a booking reference number. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. Bookings can be made online at our website, by phone on 1800 173 173, or by email at info@sydneyprivateairporttransfers.com.au.
All fares are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Fares are fixed at the time of booking and include tolls, meet & greet service, and standard waiting time. A 10% card processing fee applies to all online payments. Payment is required at the time of booking via credit or debit card through our secure Stripe payment gateway. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Free cancellation is available up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking fare. No-shows (failure to appear at the pickup location within the waiting time) will be charged the full booking fare. For airport pickups, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included from the actual flight landing time. For all other pickups, 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included from the scheduled pickup time. Additional waiting time beyond the complimentary period will be charged at $1.50 per minute.
We monitor flights in real-time for all airport transfers. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur's arrival time will be adjusted accordingly at no additional cost. If your flight arrives early, we will make every effort to have your chauffeur ready, but early arrivals are not guaranteed. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct flight number at the time of booking.
Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times. Smoking, vaping, and consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Excessive consumption of alcohol that may result in damage to the vehicle or risk to the chauffeur may result in the trip being terminated. The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the journey, including but not limited to stains, spills, and physical damage. A cleaning fee of up to $500 may be charged for interior damage or excessive soiling.
We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your luggage. However, luggage capacity is limited by vehicle type. If your luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, we may need to arrange an additional vehicle at extra cost. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle. We carry comprehensive insurance for all vehicles and passengers. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for any consequential losses, including missed flights, missed appointments, or lost business opportunities.
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a booking, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
